How can companies capitalize on social media successfully to improve employee relations?

Broadcasting employee engagement initiatives on the Social Media. 

Encouraging interesting/informative content from employees to be published on the company social media platform.

Promoting social/causal initiatives followed by employees through social media

company can use Social Media as a flatform to deciminate company's activities, new guidelines for implementation and feedback, calendar of sports activity, announcement and invitation, Employees Promotions and Recognitions etc. With Social Media coverage, bridging the gap and making employees aware of what is happening in the organization.

The Company appreciates the ideas of staff

By creating what's up group

By making it possible to share opinions on specific topics and to praise the participants in the groups that are established and include the staff and allow them to communicate outside working hours through social networking sites.
