There is lots of team management activity practiced on to bringing team members together. My choice is lunch discussion, party to get-together. Another expensive way is host activities for employee’s families at work which mostly effective to bring team members each other’s.
1. Communciation. a weekly/twice a week/monthly meeting for what are the pending issues, status, completed works.
2. Rapport. to have open communication&cordial dealing between the superior and subordinates to eliminate gap, uncertainties or cultural diferrence
3. Proper delegation of work. An effective team leader and member knows how to delegate and share the workload to able, potential, experienced team mates to complete the task the earliest.
4. Team building activity. A coffee or tea break, a lunch out or montly lunch gathering of the team, a sports fest, family day,a monthly staff recognition, a staff development training.
Staff meeting, staff work shops, staff parties.

Am engaged workforce emanates for cohesive teams. Here's my one cent:
1. Efectively communicate a clearly defined organization's vision, mission and values. Thereafter, empower your employees that you selected based on authentic competencies and just based on certificates bought from forgers.
2. Develop leadership skills and sustain skills development.
3. Humanize errors because even formidable teams make msitake.
4. Collectively tackle complex issues.
5. Consistently listen and respond to feedback.
Meetings are essential, group discussions and vote taking are also important, but changing the leader to every task is the easiest and best way to make everyone feel accomplished and capable of leading better, enhancing communication, and competitiveness
