Do you negotiate leave days during employment or it is only the salary and the package?

Its my personal thinking, discussing leave days at this stage will leave an impression about you that...

"You are more interested in what you will get, than what you will deliver"

"You are a office/work runaway type"

What you want is always depends on what you are going to deliver, if you are top performer than these things can be changed at later stage.

"You need to cross the Gate to cross the Front Door"
