A cover letter describes about the persionality of a person, how he describes himself and how he can impress hte employer. it includes your intrest and goal towards the company.

Inclusion of the things you would say in a live interview as why you think you're suitable for this job and what not.

Your letter should mostly include what you can do and why they should prefer to choose you over the other developers so in my personal opinion i would type the best letter that would sell me guranteeably to the company
