Being honest and trustworthy is usually what the interviewer will try to lookout during an interview, so yes first impression is the last and being yourself is what matters the most rather than putting up a fake personality, cause it will just cause you to fumble during questions. Be formally dressed and polite.
FIRST IMPRESSION LAST and the result of the interview will depend on how you present yourself, its important that you already got the employers attention within the first 5 minutes of the interview. So it’s important you make a good impression!
A secretarial position is important in a big company as you will be the first person of contact for the company. Hence, first impressions are last impressions. It is important to have a facial and do a cleanse routine, shape eyebrows, full face hair removal. Most of all use tiny earings to make a good appearance. Simple quality dress or skirt and blouse with a good pair of black heels closed shoes with inner full stockings will help you feel comfortable and confident. Normal make-up will help you look pretty and interesting.
Be prepared for a 100wpm speed dictation and typing speed 60 wpm, transcribe and type out directly. Independent letter writing skills can be another question which is very interesting and done in companies.
An interview with the CEO or the General Manager can be next after all these test are taken. Polish your skills up to the highest level in your CV and give it a go.
