What will be your first preference while choosing a job as a fresher and an experienced employee?

When choosing a job as a fresher and an experienced employee, I will go through the advertisement and post advertised - 1.  Does it fit my criteria?  If yes pick out the key roles they have asked for in the advertisement and then list your roles done to match it and in that way you are cross referencing the roles correctly and clearly.  2.  The Company will have a website to read about the position of the company in the market and what they do - so by reading I will brush up my knowledge and can show my interest in the company and also to read about other challenging company(s) doing the same to learn of them as well.  3.  Make notes of any important things the company has come up with and excelled in the business world.  4.  Make two questions my goal for the interview.  Interest is the key word in the company.  Know the people in the company at least 4 of them with their names.
