Equipment and persons are two different things entirely ,so they are to be treated accordingly.
Handling equipments requires timely,effectively and efficiently checked to ensure the standard and amends where necessary.
While handling persons has to do with effective use of management functions i.e
Planning,organising,directing and controlling so as to enable the company achieve its goals and objective.
Delegate responsibilty, define roles, assign targets, monitor performance. Motivate & give support wherever required.
Every one shoul resposible and sencere and most vegilent and carefull while performing his dutyto his duty
First thing you have to understand the job that strats from the office, offical paper works for records and other purposes, its most important for OEMs.
And then with your subordinates - Co workers on the same section, field to get information, share information and work as a team to reslove the cusotmer or end users problem which is most important by informing well in advance by communication.
Then you move on to the feild service thats is on site -to handle alone or your team to the equiments as per your job nature and expertise in the particular field and machinery.
MY JOB IS TO SELL OUR PRODUCT IN THE MARKET BY MOTIVATING AND BY GIVING DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING OUR PRODUCTS AND THEIR SPECIFICATION AND CREDIBILITY, AFTER BUILDING TRUST WITH THE CUSTOMER WE SELL THEM AND MAKE A LONG AND ENDURING BUSINESS RELATION WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
You should give responsibilites to persons such as: resposible from office works, responsible from field works. It must be seperate. Site equipments would be under the control of the technician who works on site. And site technician and office technician can only be responsible to their Engineer but not to each other.
When handling equipment ,safety should be your main concern.
