Isn't that the whole point, to make money? If you are good at developing business, the end result should be more revenue.

In my opinion, the business developer should be evaluated by both revenue and contribution, however the end results is always summed down to how much revenue you bring in to the company, if you are an excellent business developer then your evaluation will be only judged on terms of how much money you brought in to the business.
