Both are necessary. While remaining professional, this human touch is also very important to guarantee the motivation and the involvement of the members of the team and thereafter a good success of the project. Again, all members of the project teams will always want to work with a project manager who cumulates and who, according to circontances, dose his professionalism and his human side.
