How do you manage your daily activities?
I manage my daily activities by taking priorities first and giving each activity the right timing to complete it.
I always work on time management taking priorities into consideration.
Before starting any daily activities it is necessary:
- to pray and ask for guidance for the days work
- re assessed what work or activities has been done yestarday or before and evaluate if it needs some improvement or adjustment.
- make a to do list for todays work
- prioritize what has to be done, establish a goal for the work to be accomplished for the day
- delegate some responsibility if needed
- appreciate any assistance extended to you.
The daily planning is that it dramatically saves your time. The idea of GTD (Getting Things Done) is getting very popular nowadays because thousands of disorganized workers and housekeepers have found their peace and harmony only due to the free time not spent on planning and memorizing. They now have got a chance to use the time more effectively on creativity or just having a rest.

One can manage one's daily activities by using "TO Do LIST"
1. Identify all activities to be accomplish.
2. Divide these activities into monthly task accomplishments.
3. Divide the monthly task accomplishments into weekly ones.
4. Divide the weekly tasks into daily ones
5. Divide the daily into hourly so that one is clear as to how much could be handle a day
6. All the above arrangements should be guided by the degree of urgency and importance that should tell how they should be prioritised.
7. Draw a corresponding schedule for each day, week and month and set a period as contingency for possible interruptions and adhere to the plan under all circumstance and use time allocated for contingency for unfortunate circumstances
