thank you for your kind inviting!there are many points, but i think the more important is:Firstly the office should be  comfy (lighting,  ventilation,  a quality heating-and-cooling system , good furniture .... etc)secondly keep  the office organized ! (any employee  can  use the office's equipment easly )also ,at  office's enviroment  should been fully openness , then  will be  problems solving,  information sharing...etcregards
