TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST .YOU SHOULD EAT 3 MEALS BREAKFAST,LUNCH ,DINNER

AND ADD SNAK MEALS BETWEEN BASIC MEALS .AND REDUCE CARBOHYDRATE AND FAT FOOD AND INCREASE FIB

.. It is necessary to eat 4-5 times a day .. The meals are small sizes better than eating meals in large quantities because healthy foods feed the body with all the vitamins necessary for him.
