SVI is a logical interface that is assigned a network layer 3 address and represents an entire vlan

to configure

sw(config)#int vlan vlan-id

sw(config-if)#ip address ip-address-mask (secondary)

sw(config-if)#no shutdown

sw(config-if)#exit
