Will you build your own team or will work with any given team to achieve a target in communication & training industry?

I think in this scenario interpersonal skill matters a lot, if you have good interpersonal skill you can work with any person or a team.

Either ways is OK for me to achieve the target.

It depends on your skills and your attitude

Both building a team and working with any team could help achieve a target in communication and training industry provided that both teams are resourceful and success driven. It is not about ownership but success and this improve team morale and rewards teams efforts. I am hence be part of either.

Both situations are OK provided that the other necessary resources and human resources are available and competent enough to offset your target. Building Your Own team is quite an easier path because you choose the ones whom you think and believe can help you achieve the target, also they might be familiar to you and loyal as well. On the other hand, working with a given team requires more effort in that you first have to know and understand them better-known- their strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, character, personality and behavior, skills and knowledge, then you can neutralise everything to offset the target.
