By making team members of different cultures interact with each other socially ; by participating in cultural functions , festivals of each other one make the team members understand each others culture so that they can blend into a wholesome team though each have their own culture.

Initially this happens in international organizations where you get few differences in clutures. Usually there are sessions that makes people become together and understand others culture.
Trainings can be given as well by the organization to over-ride these things.
Diversity and culture is a beautiful thing. Its there dont ignore it, but when it comes to business there something called office culture. Thats the culture that keeps teams in sync.

Diversity is a normal concept in any team, but in my opinionn there is no need to let other accept some culture n inside the team management creates their own culture that should be comprehended from all team memebers
