A regular executive summary is ideally an action taken and attention required report that a CEO will find useful.

Threshold limits for SCM operations and key highlights and lowlights will indicate the necessary control parameters.

2.

Incentivize performance and proactive action.

3.

Review and ensure that the team stays sharp.

Particularly those leaders responsible for 3 areas - Vendor/Supplier management, Technology and Strategic partnerships.

 

Be a part of a Control group to Nurture while also taking regular actions to  Identify and Weed out wasteful and less than optimum methods.

I believe that creating a modern end to end supply has the greatest advantage. There are many facets to supply chiain, however it is important to ensure that all aspects are integrated with the rest of the business; Operations, Sales, Finance.

Therefore there is a need to ensure that your supply chain proccesses are alinged to the strategies and performances of an organisation. An ened to end provision al;lows for innovation, performancve management and easier access to information.

if we think about strategy we have de review envry single word, and their enfluence ont he company, so the strategy msut includes a precise view on the sypply chain to find the way that muchs the companny, cause the better strategy for something does not means it is the best for that campany.
