First of all Experience, after that Education
BOTH ARE NEEDED.
BUT IT DEPENDS TO THE COMPANIES WHAT CHOICES THEY ARE PREFERED
This is a hard question, in my openion it depends on the employer and the type of role you are applying for.
Experiance is vital as you are equiped with years of field knowledge, faced with various situations, learned how to deal with people of different backgrounds, etc
Where as a fresh graduate is equipped with theorotical knowledge.
Inshort both are important. but my answer may change depending on the job role.
better to have knowledge and experience , experience is enough to run the show.
I count experience over education. Education too is important but always remember education is only theory but experience is all practical and real. You can learn a lot more when u have real customer in front of you.
Both are the best qualification and the BEST combination!
In my own point of view, I will choose EDUCATION rather than Experience unless the applicant is EXPERT enough on his/her gained experience.
Education then experience.
Both is the perfect combination
Education / hard skills takes you to interveiwer. Experience and soft skills helps you to get job.
Experience i s more needed as Education is just the basic grip of a job.
Knowledge. because if don't we have knowledge . we are big ZERO.
