In the job in hand project, how can you calculate a project labor value without getting any budget from the estimation team?

We know the labour strenght of the team,In that how much quantity work completed by team per day & divide by total working hours per day. We know the 1 labour quantity work.Than calculate fixed rate.

You can calculate labor value by simply knowing how many manpower you have in the project and how much their rate as per person/day and additional their OT works
