By which formula, can we get the data of few cells/rows/columns in 1 single cell/row/column? The data should not change in term of value.

as far as i have understand your question, you are asking to merge value into one cell, this can be done through "concatenate function" by using &.
For you want to merge a1 and b1 then your formula in c1 would be like =a1&b1 this would be appeared without space, with space formula would be like =a1&" "&b1 i hope you will find this helpful

Conacatenate function can be used or an ampersand(&) can be used in place of concatenation.

=Concatenate(A1," ",B1)

=A1&", "&B1
