How the person's looks, we can find by looking the photo. i think it's good to attach in your CV. But if you remove it then it does't give your full attention. may be the employer can think some fake user is using so; do not remove your photo from CV. it's give your more attention and makes you to complite your profile.
yes it is important specially when the position applied is something or everything to do with customers. Paste your best picture on the CV to get positive response from prospective employer.
I think that it depends on the targeted field. For instance, It would be an advantage if the picture looks good and the position requires the candidates to directly deal with customers.
