It may seem so at first, but it is not true. Some companies, specially multinational companies prefer fresh graduate engineers. In most cases the solution is to join a technical experience training at any company. Many companies offer intern programs, or limited time contracts (6 months up to 2 years).

Industrial Engineers and Business Admin fresh graduates may have difficult time to identify a speciality before joining a good company in a good job. To shorten the process a 3 month specialization course can be useful. Some universities, such as the AUC in Egypt and the arab academy offer technical diplomas such as supply chain and HR diplomas. These are highly desirable in the market and give a very good impression to the interviewer if the job is related.

Good luck.
