Beginning: do include Bright, Significant facts about your compny/business/product/service/etc. Actually build expectations beyond expectations. End: actually it's an old painting but newly framed: repeat the key phrases about your products/service. No generic blah blah, but few truly significant things to the point of the matter. Remind your customer what (!) benefits (!) he will get in case of accepting your offer.
