The best remembered information comes from the beginning and end of the presentation, the central part gets blurred. The beginning and end makes up 65% of the whole impression the presentation produces. Beginning: do include Bright, Significant facts about your compny/business/product/service/etc. Actually build expectations beyond expectations. End: actually it's an old painting but newly framed: repeat the key phrases about your products/service. No generic blah blah, but few truly significant things to the point of the matter. Remind your customer what (!) benefits (!) he will get in case of accepting your offer.
