Before training for negotiation, decide what you want out of the deal, and what are you willing to forego for it.
1. Find someone who can deliver what you need.
2. Explain him/her about the project, influence them in return to what they expect out of it.
3. Bargaining could be done to an extent where it is WIN-WIN(Favorable) for both.
Conflict resolution
1. Identify what is the problem/conflict.
2. Evaluate all the possible solutions for the problem/conflict.
3. Choose the best WIN/WIN & adopt the same.
The strategies that can be followed for effective conflict resolution are Competing, collaborating, compromsing, Avoiding and Accomodating.
