If CRM fails can its failure be undone by strong advertisement and sales pitch. For example can a good sales person sell a product or service to an unhappy customer who has complaints about after sales service of the same company? Can an ad in Google induce him to buy a product of the company if he has bad customer support experience of another product of the same company. Another example – The customer support team do not help a customer as the product is Out of Warranty. But it does refer to a voluntary support group on the net. Though it takes more time the voluntary support group resolves the issue. The customer experience is not that pleasing. Now on the support group site he sees ads about other products of the same company. Would he forget his past experience ?
