On a scale of 1-10, how important is customer behavior in the negotiation process?

10 without the customer you have no business. The success of your negotiations will be measured by the state of the relationship that exists with the customer after you have reached your agreement.

i would personally isolate customer behavior and other disturbances and noises from affecting the negotiation.

one must be focused,prepared,and deal with the issue or problem at hand. never loose focus.

always listen to the otherside,listen and keep listenning to understand what he wants.

 

on ascale of1 to10 i would say a1 or2.

من وجهة نظرى القاصره على نفسى عمليه التفاوض مع العميل هى من اهم المهام والوظائف القائمه عليها الشركات الخاصه لافراد فمسئول التفاوض التابع للشركه لابد ان يكون محلى بالذكاء والحنكه وفلسفه التفاوض بحيث يستطيع ان يلبى طلبات العملاء وتحقيق عنصر الرضاء على المنتج او الخدمه وفى ذات الوقت يحقق هدف الشركه التابع لها هى معادله صعبه لكن هناك الكثير لديه هذه الموهبه والمهاره والقدره على اقناع الاخرين بان شركته او منتجه او خدمته هو الافضل
