The food pyramid consists of gradual food groups, comprising the five major food groups that each person must adhere to to build his body and enjoy good health. He refers to the daily healthy diet:

 

Starch Group.

Vegetables Group.

Group of fruits.

Fat Group.

Dairy products group.

Meat, Poultry, Fish, Eggs, Dry Pulses, and Nuts.

It was agreed to arrange those groups according to the degree to which the body needs them.

It contains meat, poultry, fish, dried beans and eggs.

 

The two groups are mostly animal sources and are an important source of protein, calcium, iron and zinc.

 

4- Group 4: Vegetables:

 

This group contains vegetarian foods, and most people need to "eat more" of this group to supply the body with vitamins, minerals and fiber.

 

5 - base of the pyramid: bread, cereals, rice and pasta:

 

They are found at the base of the food pyramid, mostly consisting of grains, and this group provides us with fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
