Before quitting you need to discuss the same with your supervisors. Make them understand that the Tast is not such that one person can do. Also, back your stance with proper data i.e your daily routine. Then also if they do not uderstand tell them the challenges and how it is affecting the quality of work. Thereafter, you can take your resignation further in a peacefull manner with a grace.

Probation period goes both ways, it’s an opportunity for the employee and the employer to assess and decide whither to continue or not. You have similar rights as your employer (if they are a hoest law respecting company). That’s your way out gracefully...
