Both the two collide together but at times differ to each other, where by man can't survive with out money yet one needs a job to earn money .so what i would prefer is to keep my job then later on money can be looked at.
Work Atmosphere 55 % , Money 45 % , A peaceful Mind is Important for a Happy life and rising cost of living is also a problem.However the former is more important than the latter.
Work itself is not significant, rather how meaningful the work is for us. At the best, work can be energizing and inspiring. Money won't give us these feelings.
