A leader and a good leader are totally diffetrent thing. if you want to be a good leader someday,first you must learn how to follow. A good leader is a specific skills that cannot be thought or pass on to someone. some people are born to it other dont. Initiating activiteis to show that you've got what it takes to be a leader is admirable act. it gives you cleae insgiht how to command  and complete the task.
