In my opinion enable to gain a loyal costumer,  they need to "Belong"because people like being part of a group, so we need to make sure that our brand identifies or solves their need of a particular group, and we are likely to create faithful customers.

So, the question is, what exactly appeals to our target customers? For instance, if our customers value excellent customer service or experience then we should empower our employees to deliver quality services constantly. 

And lastly, we should create faithful customers by either creating products or services that appeal to them; that address their needs, and that offer them complete satisfaction, and also goods or services that speak to their emotions.
