I prioritize the most important task and also basing it from its due date.
Always start with the top priority or the most urgent task. Make sure to set a time table for each given task to be done on a particular day,
I do the highly important first
The urgency of the given task determines the importance we will give to finish the job.
1) Break them down to understand the impact in terms of gain and losses of each task if met or not met at deadline (or if managed by someone else like the boss. then follow orders or ask them for the Plan of action).
2) Once the prioritiy is set break them down to micro level of time management. (why meet the deadline on the line, why not get it done earlier.)
Each task has to have a deadline so, completing tasks that need to be finished first must be tackled first - obviously!
HOWEVER, some tasks are more "weighty" than others (even if these are only due after the others) so this is when you have to use your common sense and complete these ones first.
No doubt every task is important but according to time and mangement most important and essential task will be preferd to me
to do so i need to make a task mangement to make it organzed and on time
it is depending on task categories .Most urgent task must be solved on priority
Very important and very urgent first then the important ones (prioritizing)
