Still don't understand the saudi customers question: what's the best you have? know what they mean?

a guest enters the shop and ask: what's the most delicious thing you have? according to my knowledge of sales i reply: sir, all our products are high selling. any suggestions on how to reply to such question ( preferably for people working in KSA)

The way you have replied is nice, but still you need to continue by asking him below question. Because I believe mostly they used to ask for the best - customer always looking for his satisfaction with best goods (even if they are sure that your product / service is similar to the next shop) it is just a social conflicts, as a part of  luxury.

You can link your reply by asking him what is his favorite (let him choose what he would like) so that will save time and reduce the suggestions also to avoid confusing the customer), then based on his answer you can offer him the same '' if available '' otherwise, if not available then here it comes to your professionality and selling skills by showing him - by an impressive way - your own brand with similar or new features.

Again it depends on face to face situation, but that can work as an option.

Eventhough I don't have any experience working in KSA, always make sure that your customer will be satisfied on what product you are offering. Everytime I travel, I love to go to a local coffee shop and the sales person is always offering the best product they have. He/she will always ask a question such as how do I like my coffee and do I like some of their other products. So the next time your customer will enter in your shop and he wants something, ask some information about what he/she like.

exactly i agree with mr. marlowie below , as being a professional guest service agent in hospitality , i would say that the customer always looks for the best in less  , u got my point? so try to sell your brand by demonstrating your own marketing skills in the same price what you have been told to give by your system

With respect to our Saudi Brothers, primarily they always look for luxurios experience and they love to share those memorable experiences to their friends and families.

So, in this case you need to educate them by asking further questions related to their preferences and match it with your best sellers item and favorites.

Please bare in mind that educating them doesn't mean not educated people. They might be first time customers to your property or brand establishment but its not their first time to dine in. They are most capable to pay but they need value for money.
