Quite frankly, it all depends upon how organized you are.  If you're not organized, managing ANY project will be quite the challenge, leaving you succeptable to mismanagement, misappropriation of funds, and many, many mistakes.  In my experience, I have managed large projects including the construction of large, luxury residential high-rise condominiums, medium projects including 99-300 commercial office/warehouse spaces, and smaller projects such as planning weddings, and ONE things determines success for each and every project - GOOD ORGANIZATION.

Surely a small project is easier to manage than big project. Because in a small project you are dealing with a small number of stakeholders, employees, financing, time etc than a larger project.

Basically it’s all about what we call small and what we call big. Sometimes managing a small project with a small budget is practically more difficult than managing a big project with a huge budget plus the point that interfaces in small projects can be a serious issue as well.

Small project is more easier than big projec, because big project means more stuff, more resources, scope requirementd are more, manage more budget with more materials and more items n BOQ.

Work force and raw materials are effected whether it is small or big. We need a proper time schedule also. According to my experience, big projects are easy to complete and small projects took unexpected delays. When we compare profit margin, small projects are good and there is no credit days.

It is easier to manage small projects. It is advisable to split big projects into smaller ones to be able to manage them effectively.
