Brain storm: try to make brain storming frequently every month if possible or every project initiation or delivery and listen for new ideas and new improvement process internally or externally try to avoid any individual evaluation always try to evaluate team work and assign tasks on more than one recourse to force them to cooperate to finalize the task.
Try to implement a clear process for cooperation like anyone help others in tasks will have a credit and by end of the month or quarter they small prizes based on this credit. Try to make one to one meeting with each of them to understand closely if there is any personal issues prevent cooperation’s
my suggestion is team building, more activities, team members go out as a group, team work, you know. And if your crews are all young people, you can even take them to a 5 v 5 electronic sports events, such as counter-strike 1.6, counter-strike go etc, all need very good team work and team spirit if you want to win the game. :D
