How can we deploy web server (ASP.NET , C#,VB.NET ) in linux operating system?

You may use the Mono ASP.Net implementation.
It supports Apache, Nginx, any CGI or FastCGI based servers.
It also provides a standalone web server called XSP similar to IIS Express and Cassini.
The project is limited though.

It is not good Because thay have designed for Windows But if we be forced it can be by apache server
