I believe that you can refresh your profile any time during the day, as it will be reflected directly on your CV, and so the employer will be able to recognize this update, and this is one of the best advantages of having an online profile.
The idea is to do this refresh regularly ( i.e.
to refresh your profile on Bayt.com, it won't take more than 2 minutes to login, and to click on the refresh button, which will affect the exposure of your profile positively) My time zone is : UTC+02:00 Jordan, Time zone Good Luck!

from my experience if you are unemployed and looking for a job, give atleast one hour daily to refresh your application and apply for vacant positions.
timing does not matter much, but you can do it early mornings or evening so that if an employer is searching for candidates they will do it during working hours..
in UAE most of companies working hours are starting from 7 am until 6pm.
We are GMT +4 Dubai UAE

There are many stages to getting a job, from deciding which jobs to go for Most of us have frequent periods of job seeking.
The world of work moves quickly.
Job hunting is about showing yourself in the best light.
It's also about making the most of your strengths.
and to do that you have to be updated all the time and doing that will be very easy you can take 5 minute to post or change or even apply on bayt in your lunch break that will insure 1-doing it wile your comfortable and
2- not in the company working rush hour

I agree with both Rana Sadeddine and Ibtehal Abdul Nabi.
It is important to "refresh" your profile on a regular basis, i.e.
daily works great.
Like Rana mentioned, employers review CV's mostly during working hours.
(Working hours in the Middle East are primarily 7 a.m.-3 p.m.
(Government)/ 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
or 9:a.m.-6 p.m.
(Private) and by refreshing your CV, the employer identifies you as an active job seeker.
In addition to just "refreshing" your CV, ensure that you have the right keywords included in your CV.
If you are applying to a job vacancy, make sure that your CV matches the experience and skills required for the job.
