What are the most important three factors for a successful ERP implementation?

A successful implementation of an ERP system is a main task in an organisation. 

In my opinion educating the employee regarding the ERP is the main factor one should consider  during the implementation level. Without the co-operation of the employees, even the costliest system will not work properly. Secondly there should be one dedicate employee as an administrator for the system who can work further on report design, database administration and educate the users if required. Last but not least organisation should ensure that all users are using the system effectively without any hesitation.
