It depends on application needs i used both Angular and react js as front end. For SPA react is best beacuse it creates virtual Dom so its rending is fast.

I would recommend Angular 2 written in TypeScript, a superset of JavaScript. It helps us in building of javascript classes and replaces directives ,controllers with components. It has a decent of way of typecasting and behaves as expected of any object-oriented programming language. It supports interface, inheritance and polymorphism in a very simple fashion.
Features like decorators making injection easier to understand.
we can also use text editors or IDE which comes with auto-completion which eases to learn angular 2
