Why I'm not able to find the right offer? Whats wrong with these companies out here!

I have been applying for jobs over2 years and I got a feeling that is such a wasting of time on interviews. I'm smart and intelligent enough to work for someone who just hires the numbers, as it was the main reason why I've refused so many offers. In another hand, most of the organization's requirement doesn't match with their offer. So, please either hire or don't waste our time who are willing to be the part of the family (the organization), not the number!

HR (those I've interviewed with) please do have a good knowledge of phycology studies as its very helpful during the interview whether is the right candidate or not! It will also open more opportunities for you to grow with the company and not just be like be the NUMBER ...step up and educate yourself.
