Task is to clear3 objectives in a stipulated time and all are important ??? how do you want to take this forward...Infact i would want to work on every objective simultaneously but that going to slow down every thing!!!!
We Should always prior our priorities , & the issues will go smoothly , how we could manage that ? but sit a clear deadlines template & define each task working time cycle
I still feel we should take one thing at a time and work on it rather than working on all knowing its a priority.
Take projects where data and details to work on immediately. Delagate to team on data requirement for projects that are not available to be worked on next .
Have a time set for end task for each priority. Trust me though there is pressure on time that is staring at you but you can be rest assured to complete all priorities on time.
