The HR department of every company is the glue between employers and employee. The have a range of responsibilities within the organisation. They handle payroll, recruiting, administration, visa, medical, absences and leaves of employees, induction, traiing, gratuity. There are so many aspects of HR, all of them are their main responsibilities. You cannot just prioritise one or a few.
