People used to say that learning another language is like owning another tongue, being another person and marching with a new costume. This is all true as languages represent the culture, tradition, way of life, simplicity, complexity and many more of these adjectives that are used to describe a country and its people. Many in the Middle East come to work from the different regions and knowing more languages would benefit the communication.
Of course it does especially if working with a multi-national company. And that is almost the case now, most of the companies operating in the middle east are multinationals and thus requires languages other than English and Arabic.
i don't know whever or not it works in the Middle east but bear it in mind that learning foreign languages would add for sure bonus to one's cultural and linguistic knowledge.i speak almost4lngs and i feel that is for no use simply i don't have the chance to practise them
