Hello Sunil,

This is similar to getting into many industries. Ask yourself, "what is your motivation to get into this business". Your 20 years of experience would be valued anywhere. When I moved in the this field I had to humble myself because I had to take a lower paying job to learn the business. It will not take long before people notice your talents and your skills will transfer to a niche in the oil and gas business. The best skill you can work on is communication and listening. And also find a mentor that is willing help.
