Through proper communication with each of my team member, means talking to them personally, knowing what they are best at, communicating with them how they can give their best for this project. Never use harsh words or display harsh behaviour towards them.
Spreading the culture of respect regardless of age.
In my opinion the age factor is not very important. you mush show some leadership qualities and you need to lead from front. What I learn in my past during one course "Managing People" You need to listen first and do not say yes or not immediately. take your time and understand the pros and cons. Also never reply email when you angry, this will ignite the issue. give your team some liberty and prove them you are not here to rule on them you are here to help them out. In simple words the Manage means to manage something but unfortunately the person who became manager consider him/her self that now you have licence to rule your team. also i think everyone control Tone when you talk with someone and never show anger to your team. also give them importance because they have more experience then you.
No Matter how young you are and how old team members you have you will have good relations.

Fahad
A leader shall not have any age views, leader shall believe in team work rather than handling them.
be a part of team don't handle, suggest creatives and lead
Utilize division of labor. Divide the job to the old team members so that they will be obliged to accomplished his part.
When there is a significant age gap between team lead and team, it's natural that some competition, conflict may arise.
So help team to learn new things and respect their ideas, communicate frequently and transparently to team they will resfect you back to your decision
