There is an option in Excel to transpose the data (converting rows to columns and vice-versa).
One way to achieve this is to select your data , copy them and then paste special (by right click on the area where you want to paste the data) and check the option transpose and apply it.
This can be achieved through other means as well , but thats a simple way to do it .
Use the tranpose feature of excel. It helps to convert rows data into column data and vice versa.
Copy rows data and use transponse feature
Its, Transpose, First copy the data in the column (or in the row) and click on a cell and right click, then select paste special in the pop-up window there should be an option to click transpose.
This works, either way, column data can be pasted as row data or row data can be pasted as column data.
