A professional should look at qualifications and leadership skills and not gender. Communication and trustworthiness are more important than such personal issues as gender. Business is not about personal life of its leaders and either gender can be exceptional or terrible as a leader, the personality and experience are what truly matter.
for me it's depend on the boss's experience and his ability to manage his employees pray for god and take the best decisions so that there is no difference except on (abilities )
A Boss is a Boss! It does not matter,a Man or a Woman, There is no difference. Even, if some statistics use to sumurize that women are quiet smart and sometimes usually take better decisions than men.
Both have different advantages and disadvantages, you can judge only when you deal with them.
Gender is not important. I believe that professionalism is the basic factor which paves the way for a smooth teamwork.
Any one MUST be sure that WORK has no feelings , meaning that you MUST work with any one whatever his / her Nationalty Or Skin Color Or His / Her Relagion as well, just work hard , as long as you give as long as you will receive back.

Being a Professional GENDER is not important for me.Skills,abilities and leadership QUALITIES are more important. That's why he OR she is Boss.
I am woman boss:) beleive me woman boss is very effective in difficult operating stressful jobs.
I am for sure the striktess boss in the world but it is interesting that they call me " mom" jokingly
I strongly believe that we must have equal chances but not ignore our gender.

woman is mother-supportive, carring, understanding, flexible, teaching, guiding, she teaches you discipline, gives you example, she is always is reasponsible, when you do wrong thing she will tell you, she will become very strick if it is making you better-whatever mother says we accept it because she has authority and wants good for us. Whatever happens mom is never in panic-she solves the problem. Mom is always fair-

lets remember our mothers -all were our best bosses for this life! Thanks to them now we are successful-their managment style led us to such good results
if we woman managers use all above natural sides of us for managment team is very effective and common business goals are met. If we ignore it and copy men managmebt style-it will not work
men managment style have also its pluses-i know and respect many of them -for example hypermarket boss by me must be man, bank GM , army general, political party leader, director of hospital and school also man,
my observation is that in all jobs where majority of workers are women boss man will be more effective
Also in business with routine or strick procedures man is ideal boss, and where flexibilty is needed and business must all time be adjusted to chaning situation woman is better
but i say it from my expirience -i accept that others may have different view.
