For me I think that you make the suitable atmosphere for yourself not others,,, so you have to deal with  these people as your parents always raised you not as your partners treat you.. "Remember treat others the way you like to be treated"....So try to focus on your job and how to make it perfectly and you will see that they will feel how much you love your job and how much of effort you give to be effecient in all the aspects of your career...your attitudes,,, your effeciency,,, your qualifications ,,, your smile will make them change and stop treating you with discimination.

Well! Practically, I will try to do my best to be creative and one of the elites there because I believe that business is business..may be later they could change their attitude and at the same time, search for another job to be at the safe side.

Initially I must try to make them clear that such prevailing situation I am not liking at all and I am not party to it. If the situation does not improve, I will look for the alternative location.

It actually depends upon how the company is expressing their racism unfortunately.  Are they simply biggoted against a certain demographic of people, or are they discriminating against you, or another employee with the company because of your/their ethnicity?  Typically, there are labor laws reflecting what is and is not acceptable in the workplace, and if you are being discriminated, harassed, or professionally limited due to your race, then you should file a complaint with your company's Human Resources department.  Documentation is key here, try to keep a record of specific incidents in which you were being harassed or discriminated against, and present this to the Human Resources department.  I'm not sure of the exact labor laws there, but usually there is legal recourse for you if the harassment/descrimination continues after a formal complaint is made, especially if no disciplinary action is taken against the offenders or perpetrators of the discrimination.

If  nothing is done on the company's behalf, and for some reason you must stay at your current job, I would try my best to professionally exhert my displeasure with the treatment, and try to make light of the situation by attempting to show others how this specific behavior is unacceptable, and completely unprofessional.  Usually, the best lesson for someone results in showing them how they are losing money or productivity due to their behavior - find a way to do just that.

Avoid making mistakes, try to deal with people on equal levels and respect them as much as they deserve, and if offended by any one for no reason, and you found that you were not able to respond as strongly as the size of offense, you should not only leave that place, but also get prepared for leaving the next place for the same failure!
