Do you think brain storming is useful and necessary?

Definitely! Brain storming allows you to collect all the ideas and thoughts so you could use them in creating every project you want to!

It is surely one of the best ways to approach a project / an issue. Teams feel involved and are then more comitted to working. It helps use everyone's capacities and competencies and provide a room for discussion for EVERYONE. It use it as often as possible with my teams and it has shown very good result in sharing knowledge, seeing the big picture etc.

Best way to learning is sharing the knowledge!

I don't overuse this approah but yeah, sometimes it may be very useful for new topics 

Definitely Brainstorming is useful & necessary! 

The fact that it makes the laziest person in the workplace also use her/his brains.

Not only does the workplace work towards a particular goal but also they utilize their thinking as a team.

So it is very important to brainstorm, to top it off you might as well get a game-changing idea!

Surely. No doubt. It brings poitivity and enhances productivity.

For me, its a big YeS!! 

For it will make the students alert and can think fastly as they can when the moves arise. They can explore thoughts through actions of their colleagues or co students.

• Because the ideas are not criticized or rejected during a brainstorming session, interesting proposals can be refined gradually. The participants of the brainstorming build their solutions on the ideas of others, “think them up” and improve them. This synergy effect allows that better and better ideas are generated.

yes i think its necessary because sometimes we skip the point from our mind but due to brain storming its clear.

Brain storming is really helpful as the ideas of all members of a team is collected to improve efficiency in work and solve problems.
