Have you ever trained one of your superiors? How did you handle it?

Yes I did.

I was one of the 3 trainers selected for new product training. After learning the contents and concepts we had to train other including managers. It was really a new experience training your superiors and handling their questions and doubts. One should be well prepared, try not be nervous and show command over the subject. one has to be prepared to say I dont know if you really dont know the point whole handling the seniors.

One better, have you ever trained your manager. Yes I did, treated him a trainee, as all the others in the class. Also used his talent and status to boost the moral in the class.

Not exactly superiors, but seniors and industry experts on product and brand sales. Its important to know your subject very well beforehand and expect some contradicting comments, but if its handled in a confident way by being assertive and not aggressive, the point gets across easily. Also you give some and you take some. So I got to know lot more insights from their perspective. Overall a pleasing and enlighting experioence
