How often do we have to plan an audit on our data bases in case of quality control and how deep we have to go into that?

As per what best I think frequency of conducting audit for a task or process depends on:

1. compexity,

2. intoduction of new task/amendement of previous task  in the system.

3. involvement of different levelemployees in the task/process.

4. relevance of the task (to the process and business).

5. previous audit results and the improvement levels of the task/process.
